Upper Floor

The kitchen

• You will find a small pantry with food for a quick meal or snack, you can use whatever you need!
• If you need groceries you can go to supermarkets toward Terni (the closest: Coop, Superconti Le Fontane, Conad, Eurospin) or to San Gemini.
• The gas knob is located to the right of the stove. It must be in the horizontal position to be opened (press lightly and turn).
• Above the kitchen refrigerator are a few switches: never turn off the one with the "I" and "O" symbols, as this is the switch that regulates the ignition of the refrigerator and oven.

The bedroom

• If you need blankets you can find them in the closet inside the room.
• The iron and a small ironing board are in the closet in front of the bathroom.

The bathroom (main)

• We have prepared the bed and towels for you. If you need them, you can find more towels and bath towels/towels in the closet in front of the bathroom.
• Pay attention to the drain of this bath: if water continues to come out after a few seconds please pull down gently to allow the float to rise again.

The lower floor

It features two sofa beds (one double and one single) and a single bed, as well as sofas and armchairs.

In addition there is a foosball table you can play, possibly avoiding the quietest hours, and some books you can freely check out!

There is also a small bathroom, in this case without a shower.

Services

• In the room reached from the garden (above the small archway) you can find the washing machine and an additional, larger refrigerator with freezer. It is also the room where cat food is stored.

The garden (or "the gardens"!)

• A lady who takes care of the garden and cats will do this early every morning (no need to enter the house).
  This has never been a problem but if you would like no one else to come in please let us know! In this case we ask you to please give water and food to the cats and turtles in the upstairs terrace every day (salad, tomatoes or fruit peelings).
• If you love taking care of the garden, you can water the lawn and outdoor and indoor plants yourself; watering hoses are located near the water taps.
• If you want to use the outdoor fireplace, you can find firewood on the upper level of the garden. ALWAYS BE CAREFUL!
• If the weather is windy and you are leaving please close umbrellas and possibly windows.

More

• All the paintings and sculptures you see were made by our family, so we take special care and ask you to pay attention!
• Should the power go out, the circuit breaker is located downstairs outside, to the left of the front door.
• In case of need, there is a fire extinguisher under the boiler on the lower floor.
• At check-out: when you leave the house please close the windows, lock the front door and gate and leave the keys in the lock/box from which you took them. Thank you!
